Web hosting: Sorry, Unable to process request at this time -- error 999?

I have a Geocities Plus web account. I am using 313MB of 500MB web storage space, and 11.3MB of 25GB bandwidth. Yet, I get this message when I try to access web-stored files. How do I clear this %26quot;error%26quot; condition and how do I talk to a real person at Yahoo?

You may just need to clear cookies or try to access the page from a different computer (blocked by firewall or proxy). As for talking to a real person at yahoo, try Yahoo customer service, and just keep escalating (saying you want to talk to a real person about the issue). If you%26#039;re patient, eventually you will get a real person.

Other Replys:Try this workaround and let me know if it works: Start from http://geocities.yahoo.com/ . When you get to the login prompt, enter your complete email address, e.g. %26quot;userxxxxx@yahoo.com%26quot; insted just %26quot;userxxxxx%26quot;

Here is another thought...

The Solution for yahoo mail

The Solution

Below the login of yahoo mail, there is two modes for logging in.

One is %26quot;standard%26quot; and the other %26quot;secure%26quot;.

Click on the %26quot;secure%26quot; which is in blue.

It will refresh the page and the standard mode will become blue.

Log in and it should work.
