For those that you pay for, what dynamic features do you need? (Size: how big? Bandwidth: how often would visitors go to your site? Database: how many? Others: Do you need PHP 5 or PHP 4? Or Java?)

Also, find out where they%26#039;re hosted. It%26#039;s best that you choose a hosting provider that hosts your website near customers which may translate to smaller hops and lower latencies (it will appear faster).

That said, I did go with mochahost.com the last time since back then they were the only cheap ones with great support, low downtimes and PHP5.
